As Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis, control and follow up on payment related topics in the Cash Ops department

Your day to day activities will include:

Payment control:

  • Support for payment team in any issues related to the vendor accounts; resolving technical matters which enables payments to be released

  • Prepare metrics, reports, analysis of operational matters

  • Resolving technical/IT matters related to payment runs

Projects :

  • Deep analysis, check capacity, review processes with others SSC

  • Lead projects and perform testing

  • Organize training and implementations

  • Work close with IT and other departments

Technical support:

  • Support with more difficult issues with the system on Cash processes

  • Set up GL accounts for Banks, Intermediary accounts

  • Support with demands and tests

  • Bank accesses

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Co-operate with the other operational teams of the WSSC to guarantee customer focus and meet customer requirements.

  • Responsible for financial internal and external reporting.

  • Ensure that internal and SOX controls are performed in order to guarantee full compliance.

To be successful at this role you would need 3- 4 years of professional experience in the area of accounting & payments (AP/GL processes) in a Shared Service Center/ Center Of Excellence or in a large international business environment within a matrix organization and experience. Fluent English is a must. Additionally, we require a good understanding of finance and accounting principles.

​Furthermore, we would be looking for:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent, with an ambition to develop a career in the Accounting and Finance area.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to details

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team

  • Pro-activeness, improvements driver, problem solver

  • Good working knowledge of SAP

This role will be initially on a fixed-term contract until the end of 2022 but with a high probability of extension.
