BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Process Analyst - Technical Support (Cash Management) in Wroclaw, Poland
Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Process Analyst for our Cash Application and Cash Operation teams that will be supporting the Team Leaders in providing expert knowledge to internal and external stakeholders, in order to improve BD’s financial processes in the field of Cash Operation, Cash Application and Reconciliation.
As a Process Analyst you would be planning, organizing, analyzing and reporting performances, compliance and KPI metrics as well as supporting to make our overall processes more efficient, while maintaining good controls.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Providing support during the audit in conjunction with Compliance Team
Actively working on improvement projects, integrations and implementations
Supporting teams on technical issues, cooperate with IT and SAPFICO
Participating in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
Acting as point of contact for Countries, Businesses and Functions for questions regarding processes and systems
Participate or Lead projects
Produce a quarterly internal, customer and compliance dashboard
The successful candidate should have 3 to 4 year of relevant SSC Processes or Finance experience. We are looking for an expert, so it is essential to show a very good understanding of our processes.
Other competencies required:
At least Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or IT with relevant experience in Finance area. Very good knowledge of Microsoft PC Tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio…)
Strong analytical mindset
Good knowledge of SAP (technical support, PQ testing etc.) is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken English, each additional European language is a plus
Can work independently but is also an excellent team player
Proactive attitude “can-do”
