The Supplier Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting the scoping and development of the risk model and contributing to the establishing and documenting of work processes. This person will provide analytical support and reporting.

The Supplier Risk Analyst executes selected strategy and sourcing activities as it related to risk management for the procurement function or as directed by the associate’s manager. This associate is responsible for supporting Global Procurement decisions by providing business and risk market intelligence, management of data, analytics, and tracking/reporting of metrics. The Procurement Specialist will provide analytical support for the risk programs, processes, and initiatives, which includes internal and external spend; industry, supplier, market, and economic factors that influence key categories; as well as metrics, reporting, and compliance related to the above. This person handles a wide range of two-way communication including, but not limited to, compliance to supply risk metrics with key third-party risk providers, suppliers, and internal partners.

We would be looking for someone with a minimum of one to three years of business experience required, with some experience as business support in procurement, research or a related field desired.

We would be also looking for:

  • Very good level of English

  • Quantitative and financial analysis

  • Solid purchasing fundamentals

  • Supply market research and analysis

  • Ability to influence without direct authority

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of purchasing principles and practices

  • Significant independent capability with quantitative and financial analysis

  • IT systems including the Microsoft Office Suite, with heavy emphasis on Excel, an ERP system and internet search engines

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively for a wide range of internal customers under tight deadlines; build and present data, business cases and proposals logically; time management and project prioritization
