Under the direction of the EUSSC Quality Manager, the Quality Specialist will act as a professional in dedicated projects with responsibility for compliance with local and regional Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory requirements across the region.

As a member of the Team, this person will be responsible for contributing towards and supporting the site quality objectives and initiatives including the standardization and simplification of QMS.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as a quality professional and point of contact in assigned project.

  • Coordinate and track the project status

  • Provides guidance to functional points of contact on standard methodology

  • Create Quality Documentation - Procedures (SOPs) & Work Instructions

  • Identify resistance, performance gaps and raise them to Line Manager, work to develop and implement appropriate actions to prevent them

  • Ensures rapid communication with Quality Manager, concerns and transparency of ongoing issues.

  • Support change management process

  • Provide necessary quality training within the project area​

We are looking for a candidate with a basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems standards, industry-related standards, and regulations ISO 13485.

ISO9001, 21CFR820 would be a plus and experience in administrative activities in Quality Area. ​The right candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor Degree as well as an advanced level of English (oral and in written) is required and knowledge of any other foreign language would be a plus.

  • A skill of thinking globally and acting locally

  • Understanding and working to improve the effectiveness of the BD businesses, geographies, and functions.

  • Highly collaborative when working both within and beyond the BD organization

  • Ability to adapt behavioral and communication style to the situation and person

  • To be able to handle difficult discussions and be a good listener
