As a Senior HR ASC Specialist, you will act as a knowledge expert for the team members, assist in identifying areas that lack process consistency and require improvement. You will closely cooperate with our Partners and present CIC team both internally and externally whenever required. Your role will also comprise of assisting in solving escalations and analyzing out of SLA cases, as well as collaborating with Operational Excellence Team in terms of maintaining certain quality standards in terms of inquiry management, updating process documentation and other related activities (e.g. automation, process improvement). You will internally coordinate team knowledge base along with all our team members and assist in building training materials and provide training to the new joiners. You will work closely with the Team Leader on ongoing projects and activities and act as a deputy in case of absence.

This is a role requiring some operational activities, so you will also offer proactive support to EMEA BD employees via phone, chat, email & internal HR ticketing system delivering high quality, customer-oriented service and acting as an advisor for other team members by stepping beyond the assigned area of expertise to provide tailored solutions if needed. To be successful in this role you will ensure our HR services run efficiently at all times.

Successful candidates will need to have 1-2 years of related experience in HR, great communication skills and speak English and German (B2 level required).

The main responsibilities are:

  • Act as a knowledge expert within the team

  • Participate in projects, improvement initiatives as required

  • Provide expertise to BD Associates over phone, e-mail, chat & internal ticketing system

  • Provide & share expertise in resolving easy to complex inquires

  • Establish/update process documentation whenever required

  • Identify process gaps and coordinate/participate in improvement or automation initiatives

  • Pro-actively share knowledge and expertise with other team members by work shadowing, training and mentor to relevant extent (including new joiners)

  • Present the team to external parties during introduction trainings

  • Work closely with Opex department in terms of assuring that quality standards are maintained

  • Act as a right hand of the Team Leader and deputy during the absence

The following skills and experience are required:

  • Solid understanding of HR tasks

  • Confirmed work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist

  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), related experience with Workday system will be an asset

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently

  • Ability to pay close attention to details and use time optimally

  • Multi-tasking capabilities to manage several caseloads or coordinate few ongoing activities spread in time

  • Ability to take decisions and assume the responsibility
