We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Project Manager who will be responsible for HR processes harmonization and integration, with experience in organizational change management as well as leading other project initiatives in HR area.

You can become a part of global Enterprise Project Management Office Team, working with other project managers around the world to create work plans, track progress on work schedules.

As HR Senior Project Manager you will:

  • Lead the integration of the HR work streams to produce congruent business solutions that deliver superlative capability resulting in positive impact to the business

  • Work with the HR leadership and business SME’s/process owners, team to create and drive Organization Change Management necessary to achieve desire changes and work with business subject matter experts/process owners and other key partners to review and sign-off deliverables

  • Document project assumptions and constraints and ensure baseline project plan is developed in accordance with these

  • Develop project plan and resource needs, resource load plan, and work with management to assign/obtain needed resources for project success

  • Conduct partner analysis, business impact analysis, and plan engagement, communications, and training activities to ensure effective communication and adoption throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identify, lead, and escalate issues and risks to the HR Program Management Office and Sponsors/Stakeholders and assist with closure and/or mitigation using HR PMO templates and practices

  • Close project activities including documenting and communicating lessons learned, updates to project plans and templates, and archiving of project records and deliverables.

We expect that you have:

  • Desired 5+ years’ solid ability to deliver successful projects as a Project Manager in HR business; specifically related to HR operations, processes, policies and tools

  • Required experience in work with partners across countries / EMEA and different management levels

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, including experience communicating to senior leadership and strong client relationship and team building skills

  • Resource forecasting, resource capacity planning and demand management, as well as strong organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage risks and issues to resolution

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, remaining agile and flexible in a challenging environment and managing multiple competing priorities

  • Ability to speak and write fluent English

  • Travel: up to 25% internationally within Europe
