Summary:
Plan, design, evaluate, develop, implement and administer the full spectrum of total rewards (employee compensation and benefit programs/policies such as salaries market alignment, job evaluations, retirement plans, life &health and recognition, etc. for all locations in the region of Central Europe and Eastern countries incl. commercial, manufacturing and shared service sites.
Ensure that local regulations and global/regional TR principles and schemes are adhered to.
Understand and analyze business needs and market trends to anticipate and plan for long-term TR needs and trends.
Develop, review, and implement C&B programs in-country aligned to BD value proposition to remain fair and competitive.
Significantly influence the development of regional/country TR strategy, including control of resources and policy formulation.
Strong partnership with global, regional and local stakeholders within COE, HR organization and business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as the country(s)/sites C&B leading subject matter expert; by consulting and partnering with site/country HRBPs, Key Plant/CGM stakeholders, Global CoE and the Service Center to identify, understand and address issues related to C&B, influence stake holders globally, regionally and locally.
Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and compensation administration (market competitiveness, internal equity, differentiation, etc.) by developing and implementing necessary local action plans, providing value added compensation data analysis to facilitate management and HR decision-making.
Make recommendations that are aligned with TR guidelines and ensure return on investment.
Support merger and acquisitions initiatives to align, integrate, harmonize, standardize compensation and benefits programs/policies in the different sites within Central and Eastern Europe that are market competitive, consistent, cost-effective, aligned to BD TR strategy and guidelines and are legally compliant by doing side by side analysis, using market data and trends, etc.
Lead/support local, regional and/or global projects and initiatives by using project management tools/methodologies and ensure successful implementation and best practices alignment.
Support the development and execution of a change management and transition plan in connection with HR Model, drive adoption of the new model and processes, support and encourage the compliance with Global/Regional TR CoE, ASC, other CoEs and HRBP.
Support communication and training efforts to HR, managers and associates.
Aim for best in class standards when it relates to the core Total Reward processes e.g. annual benchmarking, offer process, benefits management, governance, wellbeing, reward communication
Qualifications:
University degree in business administration or related field. Graduate or post-graduate HR specialization Ideal
5-7 years experience in HR Management at a large multinational organization, ideally in a comparable compensation and benefits role.
Preferably several years of experience in merging and acquisition that includes compensation and Benefits harmonization/integration and in both manufacturing and commercial organizations.
English fluent is a must
