Job Description Summary
As a member of Centralized Technical Service Office, Technical Service Administrator supports European Life Sciences Technical Service organization to achieve key business objectives and enhance the customer experience
As Technical Service Administrator, you will be managing spare part orders for regional field service teams and end-customer in cooperation with Supply Chain Planners and validating and processing return requests for spare parts and instruments. Also, you will be participating in spare part master data creation process enabling usage of new spare parts by internal customers, maintaining master data and the right performance of the team applications (iOS and web application) used by internal customers and preparing reports related to performance of the processes falling in the team responsibility and communicate or publish them for the right audience.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring return and repair of repairable defective products.
Entering instrument orders and update the CRM with required information regarding the install base.
Coordinating the repair of defective instruments in depot repair model.
Maintaining teams shared drive locations, files, and content.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects as assigned by the leadership.
